Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Christmas on Rosebery, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind
As a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at flick.85@hotmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Sale Items
All sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days once received and inspected.

Refund Policy (for Online Orders)

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at flick.85@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Include your order number, name, and photos of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll arrange either:

  • A replacement (if stock is available)

  • A full refund

  • Or a store credit

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Please note that we cannot process refunds for change of mind or slight variations in colour or texture due to handmade or seasonal nature of products.
