Shipping Policy
All orders are packed and sent from our shop in Tarago, NSW.
Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak festive periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we always do our best to send your order promptly.
Delivery & Rates
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and courier services.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination.
Estimated delivery times:

NSW, ACT & VIC: 2–5 business days

QLD, SA & TAS: 3–7 business days

WA & NT: 7–12 business days
Local Pickup
If you’re nearby, select “Local Pickup (Tarago)” at checkout. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
Tracking
All parcels include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed or sent via SMS once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.
Delays & Lost Parcels
Once parcels have been lodged, delivery is managed by Australia Post or our courier partners. While we cannot control delivery times or delays, we’re always happy to assist in tracking or locating your parcel.
